Agree a maximum lift for the actual table, covering length and use period. A near-core sheet may behave differently because of tighter winding; decide whether the entire roll must meet the limit. Recheck after changes to moisture control, winding tension, core diameter, laminate or packaging. Keep usability and regulatory approval as separate decisions.
