Screen the print under controlled rubbing

Inspect print loss on different positions within the carton. Separate scuffing from ink setoff, seal damage and handling scratches so the corrective action matches the failure.
Write a release decision
Agree whether the limit concerns color area, essential-text legibility or retail shelf appearance. Keep a signed pack reference and an acceptance photograph. Reapprove when film grade, ink, coating, cure, bundle count or carton tightness changes. Ask for destination-label review separately; appearance inspection alone cannot establish compliant wording.
